The process of building your new carport begins with a free onsite consultation and detailed written quote.
The Patio Guys will come out and discuss your ideas and requirements for your new Carport with you. Importatly becouse we have over 16 years experience in design and construction in Perth, we have a vast knowledge of what can and can't be done. The Patio Guys have a design solution for any area.
The Patio Guys will measure the area and discuss with you the different options and materials which can be used, some examples are Gable, Flat, gutter style,downpipe location, skylights,colour, roofing sheets.
Once we have all the correct measurements and the style of Carport we will leave you with a fully detailed quote along with relevant materials brochures.The Patio Guys will follow up with a letter explaining how you can get your new Carport started.
As soon as we receive your signed qoute and blockplans The Patio Guys will then prepare and submit your shire application and give you written confirmation that your shire application has been lodged. Shire applications usually take 4-6 weeks and during this time The Patio Guys will make regular enquieres as to the progress of your Carport approval and keep you updated.
Once we receive your building and planning approval we will send you a letter with a sheduled installation date (usually 15 days from approval) along with copies of the approvals for your records.
A few days before your Carport is installed The Patio Guys will contact you to confirm the istallation date and time and let you know the name of The Patio Guys installer who will be building your Carport.
On the big day your Patio Guys installer will arrive on time and leave a clean site at the end of each day's work. During the construction of your Carport our Construction Manager will drop in to ensure your Carport is progressing well and is constructed to the highest standard.
Finally our Installer will leave your site clean and tidy ready for you to use and enjoy your new Carport straight away!
