The process of your Patio Makeover begins with our "Free on site Patio/Outdoor Consultation"
We like to see your outdoor area and discuss your ideas with you. Importantly ,because we have over 16 years experience in design and construction, we have a vast knowledge on what can and can't be done.

The Patio Guys have designed some of Perth's most challenging Patios from balcony's to multi level and irregular shapes.  The Patio Guys have a design solution for any area.

We then measure the area and discuss with you the different options and materials which can be used and what best suits you, some options include, gutter styles, down pipe location, skylights, colour and roofing.

Once we have all the correct measurements and the style of the patio we will then prepare a full quotation which we we will leave with you along with brochures on relevant materials! We will also send you a follow up letter detailing what to do to get your new Patio started.

Once you've decided you want a Patio Guys Patio it's simple! Sign the quote and return to the office in the prepaid envelope along with your block plans. Once we have received these along with your deposit The Patio Guys will prepare and submit your shire application. Shire approval usually takes from 4-6 weeks, we regularly check with the shire regularly and give you updates on your application.

 Once we receive the building and Planning approval we commence fabrication of your patio and schedule an install date usually 15 days from shire approvals. Your schedule date will be sent to you in a letter confirming the shire approval and include copies of the approval for your records.

Our friendly office staff will call you 1-2 days prior to installation to confirm the date and time and give you the installers name.

On the day of installation our installer will be on time, polite and leave the site clean at the end of each days work.
during construction our construction manager will drop in to ensure the Patio is progressing well and is being constructed to The Patio Guys high standard.

Once the Patio is finished The Perth Patio Guys installer will leave the site clean and tidy so you can start enjoying your Patio straight away!

You will also receive a follow up phone call from The Patio Guys to ensure you are fully satisfied with your Patio!
